Riviera Dreams

With Riviera Lakeview Apartments having been such a resounding triumph, B&M drew upon this experience to launch Riviera Dreams, also located in International City. Having discovered a niche which was not being catered for in International City, B&M constructed Riviera Dreams with a view to offering two-bedroom apartments, something which had not previously been addressed. This therefore made International City more accessible to couples or young families, whilst still serving the majority of the market with one-bedroom apartments. Both styles proffer expansive panoramic balconies, en-suite bathrooms, and large living areas. Once more the rate of uptake of this project was immense and having been sold out it led to the completion of the B&M trilogy in International City through the introduction of Riviera Residence.
